Manufacturing Unit & Factory
Our manufacturing unit and factory is equipped with a well planned infrastructure that supports efficient production, quality control, and timely dispatch. Our factory includes dedicated sections for assembling, cutting, skiving, policing, quality inspection and dispatch for other process. Our factory is well equipped with modern machinery and tools to ensure precision, consistency and mass production capacity while ensuring quality standards. Both our factory and manufacturing unit have adequate power backup, proper ventilation and hygienic working condition resulting to a robust infrastructure to deliver high quality leather and leather products while satisfying customer requirements, industry standards and government norms.
Packing Infrastructure
The organization's packing department is equipped with a dedicated infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient and professional packaging of leather and leather products. The department includes specious packing areas, worktables, storage racks and quality inspection station to facilitate systematic of goods. Our packing department is furnished with all essential equipment such as sealing machines, weighing machines, labeling tools, cartoon strapping machines and protective packing and wrapping materials to prevent goods from damage during transportation. The department also maintains inventory record and dispatch documentation ensuring accurate packaging, traceability and on time delivery to customers.
