The unit consist of dedicated sections for raw hide storage, soaking, liming, de-liming, neutralisation, tanning, dying, drying, spraying and finishing. Modern tanning technology, heat chambers, hydraulic presses, buffing and finishing equipments along with uninterrupted utilities such as power, water, supply, ventilation and vest management systems aids consistent and quality production. Following a strict quality control measure and a firm safety measure allow us to maintain a production which is of high quality and environmentally responsible. Our leather tannery is a backbone of our company which help us to produce high grade leather, leather products, and industrial safety wear products. Our tannery comprises of skilled craftsmanship and advance processing technology which transforms raw hides to durable and premium leather.
